OPM Corporation Private Limited is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer – React/Next.js + Node.js with 4+ years of skilled experience to join our technology team in Bhubaneswar.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance web applications across both frontend and backend. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, databases, and modern software development practices .

The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js .
- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js .
- Design, develop and integrate APIs with frontend applications.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Optimise applications for performance, scalability and security.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers and client teams.




- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Follow Git-based development and standard software engineering practices.
- Support application deployment and production issues when required.
- Communicate progress, challenges and technical requirements effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js .
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs .
- Good understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB .
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive web development.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control systems.
- Understanding of authentication, authorisation, and API security.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Experience working on client-facing projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD and cloud deployment will be an added advantage.
