The qualified will lead Salesforce solution design and customization, aligning configurations and integrations with life sciences and ATM-specific business processes. About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Technical Lead / Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) and SAP S/4HANA / SAP CGTO integration .

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and integration of cell orchestration workflows for a global Life Sciences organization.



You will build end-to-end digital solutions that track critical patient and product milestones across Hospital/Treatment Center onboarding, Order Management, and Chain of Identity (COI) / Chain of Custody (COC) compliance under strict GxP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) & Cell Orchestration

● Design, build, and customize Salesforce ATM applications to manage complex Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) orchestration workflows.

● Configure Salesforce ATM modules for Hospital/Treatment Center onboarding, patient registration, and treatment tracking.

● Set up automated reporting and tracking mechanisms for Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) to ensure compliance with biopharma standards.

● Develop custom Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages to support complex business logic.

2. SAP & System Integration (SAP CGTO & S/4HANA)

● Architect and implement robust, real-time integration solutions between Salesforce ATM, SAP Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration (CGTO) , and SAP S/4HANA .

● Design, build, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and middleware interfaces (e.g., SAP CPI ) for seamless, bi-directional data exchange.

● Drive integration across core functional touchpoints: Patient Registration, Hospital Onboarding, Order Management, Status Management, Product Transfer, Carrier Logistics, and Proof of Delivery (POD) .

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration bottlenecks to ensure high availability, data consistency, and zero downtime.

3. Technical Leadership & Governance

● Serve as the technical authority across cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and Project Managers).





● Enforce rigorous coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

● Manage sandbox environments, change sets, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).

4. GxP Compliance, Testing & Documentation

● Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, and GxP qualification protocols in alignment with pharmaceutical validation standards.

● Author and maintain technical design documents (TDD), integration architecture diagrams, data mappings, and support documentation.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Experience

● Total Experience: 10 to 15 years in enterprise software development, with a primary focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.

● Domain Expertise: Direct exposure to Life Sciences / Biotech / Pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred, especially experience with Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) or medical device tracking.

Technical Skills

● Salesforce Core: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Process Automation, Salesforce DX.

● Salesforce Modules: Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) or Health Cloud.

● SAP Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with SAP CGTO and SAP S/4HANA .

● Middleware & APIs: Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (or equivalent enterprise middleware platforms), REST, and SOAP APIs.

● Tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira, CI/CD tools, and automated deployment pipelines.

Certifications

● Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (Mandatory)

● Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (Highly Preferred)

● SAP Certified Development Associate / Integration Specialist (Preferred / Plus)
