FPNA COE - Delivery Excellence

Location – Noida

Centre of Excellence team is looking for enterprise business process and data analysts with prior experience in one or more of SCM, HRO, F&A; domains. The SME will be responsible for identifying and creating analytics value builders that are highly configurable and modular and can be integrated with ease and speed.

Experience

- 18+ years of hand on work experience in towers like SCM, HRO, F&A;, etc.

- A good understanding of the data driven approaches to problem solving like Lean, Six Sigma, etc.

- Participated in projects to solve business problem areas and ask the right questions to facilitate proper solutions and drive transformation. Aspiring to provide leadership especially with deep data insights.

- Working knowledge of ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, etc. preferably having implementation experience; understanding of database/ERD and sql/vb would be an advantage.

- Experience in working across cross functional teams, especially with technology teams to develop new solutions.

- Experience of creating excel/access/share-point/MS PowerBI or similar visualization tools/MS Power Apps or similar web-based tools will be a plus.

- Experience with python or similar tools will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of other analytics, data and visualization tools like SAS/R/Python, MS Access/SQL and PowerBI or similar apps will be an advantage.





- Analytical and consulting mindset with passion for innovation to drive process transformation.

Lean Six

Sigma knowledge will be a plus.

- 10 + years of experience in F&A; with 3+ in financial analytics.

- Should have experience in delivering FP&A; analytics in a service organization

- Excellent track record of working on diverse Finance projects – reporting and analytics

- Hands-on experience of various FP&A; tools

- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business workplace

Roles And Responsibilities

- Work on developing and delivering financial analytics solutions – CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy & Utility, Services, Pharma, Media & Entertainment.

- Closely work with a team of people with different domain and skill to deliver a complete solution.

- Interact and work closely with business stakeholders to understand and deliver on project requirements.

- Learn multifunctional skills in finance domain and contribute towards creating innovative digital/analytical solutions.

- Identify and assess third party tools and solutions for onboarding as an alliance partner

- Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving

- Expertise in domain – FP&A;, finance operations, corporate finance etc.

- Expertise in one of the visualization tool and performance reporting.

- Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions
