About the Role

We are a newly launched recruitment agency on a mission to connect high-growth US tech startups with exceptional engineering, product, and GTM talent. We are looking for an ambitious, hyper-capable Tech Recruiter based in India to join as our Founding Tech Recruiter. As our first core recruiting hire, you will set our standard for high-signal candidate vetting, maintain elite candidate-to-interview conversion rates, and deliver top-tier talent to venture-backed US founding teams.

What You’ll Do

- Source & Vet Top Talent: Hunt and engage passive, high-caliber candidates (Software Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Infra, GTM leads) across the US market.
- Master High-Signal Vetting: Conduct sharp, evidence-based screening calls to evaluate technical depth, startup risk appetite, equity expectations, and culture fit.
- Drive High Conversion Rates: Focus on quality over volume, aiming for a 50%+ submission-to-first-round interview rate with client hiring managers.
- Direct Client Collaboration: Interface directly with US hiring managers and startup founders to manage candidate pipelines and speed to hire.
- Maintain Operations: Ensure strict double-opt-in candidate consent,



clean pipeline tracking, and qualified candidate presentation.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ Years Proven US Startup Hiring: Track record of placing talent in US Seed to Series C tech startups, with a preference for recruiters who have lived, studied, or worked in the US.
- Top-Tier Conversion Metrics: Proven ability to convert outreach to interviews through precise pre-screening, avoiding high-volume resume dumping.
- Startup & Tech Native: Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node, Go, Rust, Python/AI) and US startup compensation models (ISOs, equity mechanics, vesting schedules).
- World-Class Communication: Flawless written and spoken English with the executive presence to vet and build rapport with senior US engineers and founders.
- PST Schedule Coverage: Flexibility to align working hours with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) for candidate screens and client syncs.
