The Role

We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer. Not someone to make interfaces prettier—someone to make complex systems feel obvious.

You’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate with product and engineering to decide what should exist, not simply how it should look. This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership across discovery, UX, interaction design, prototyping, testing, and launch.

- Spend time with customers until you deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
- Turn messy enterprise processes into experiences that feel surprisingly simple.
- Own the product design journey from discovery through launch.
- Collaborate with engineering from the first conversation—not after the designs are finished.
- Prototype ideas quickly to learn, validate, and iterate.
- Build systems that make future product development faster, not just today’s features.
- Influence product direction as much as interaction design.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

- 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with significant experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across complex web applications.
- Experience designing enterprise software, workflow automation platforms, marketplaces, or fintech products.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Expertise in wireframing, user journeys, prototyping, and production-ready interfaces.




- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify highly technical or operationally complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing AI-powered products or intelligent workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, procurement, enterprise software, fintech, or marketplace products.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience using customer feedback, analytics, usability testing, and experimentation to improve product usability.
