Role Overview

We are looking for MBA Freshers with strong ownership and leadership potential to join the Founders Office HR team at Pinclick.

This is a high-responsibility role offering direct exposure to the Founder and senior leadership. The role will involve senior-level recruitment, organisation building and setting up HRBP processes as Pinclick continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Senior-Level Recruitment

* Lead recruitment for senior and critical positions across the organisation.

- Work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to understand hiring requirements.
- Build candidate pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate the complete interview process.
- Manage recruitment from requirement definition through offer and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical talent.

HRBP Process Setup

* Help design and implement a structured HR Business Partner (HRBP) process.

- Develop processes for employee engagement and performance management.
- Support manpower planning and organisational development.
- Develop HR MIS, dashboards and people analytics.
- Assist in defining JDs,



KRAs and performance frameworks.

Founders Office

* Work directly with the Founder on strategic HR and organisation-building initiatives.

- Support organisational structuring and manpower planning.
- Research and analyse people-related issues and opportunities.
- Drive HR projects from concept through implementation.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders and ensure timely execution.

Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM HR from a good institution.
- Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment and organisation building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High ownership and willingness to take responsibility.
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder and senior leadership.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ambitious, energetic and keen to build a career in strategic HR.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Compensation

Up to 8 LPA CTC, depending on candidate quality and institution.
