FolkFormulae is a premium Indian botanical tea brand inspired by India's rich botanical heritage. We are building our founding sales team and are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, networking, and business development.

This is an opportunity to work with an early-stage startup and grow as the company expands.

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to help us grow across India.

This is a commission-based prospect. There is no fixed salary. Your earnings are directly linked to your sales performance.

Top performers will have the prospect to grow into leadership roles as FolkFormulae expands.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B and B2C sales.
- Meet retailers, cafés, hotels, corporate clients, distributors, and wedding planners.
- Build solid customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Promote FolkFormulae products professionally.
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights.
