From the Founder

Im looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with me across my portfolio of businesses in the alcoholic beverages and consumer brands space.

You’ll work across businesses including Bombay Liquors LLP, 4 Brothers Craft Spirits and the Desh Videsh Group, gaining exposure to strategy, product development, manufacturing, commercial operations, distribution and entrepreneurship.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems and turning ideas into execution. No two weeks will be the same.

What you’ll do

- Drive strategic and cross-functional projects from concept to execution
- Conduct business, market and competitor research to support key decisions
- Coordinate initiatives across teams and ensure timely execution
- Build dashboards, processes and operating systems
- Support product launches, business expansion,



recruitment and other high-impact projects
- Work directly with me on business planning, analysis and strategic initiatives

I’m looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Founder’s Office, Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations or Project Management
- Robust analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- A high ownership mindset with a bias for execution

Experience in consumer brands, FMCG, alcoholic beverages or high-growth startups will be an advantage.
