Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers / Trainees to join our Forex Business team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittances, documentation, customer handling, and travel-related forex services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Forex team in day-to-day forex operations and transactions.
- Learn and support foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittance, and related services.
- Assist in handling customer and corporate forex requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, forex partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support preparation and verification of forex-related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining transaction records, reports, and MIS.
- Support the team in generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Finance, and Travel teams.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely support.
- Stay updated on foreign currency rates and basic forex market movements.




- Follow company policies and applicable RBI / FEMA guidelines under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 02 years of experience in Travel, Forex, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong interest in the Travel and Forex industry.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn forex products, processes, and regulations.
- Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of foreign currencies and exchange rates.
- Interest in Forex / Travel / Banking / Financial Services.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams.
- Valuable attention to detail while handling documentation and transactions.
- Candidates with Travel & Tourism education or internship experience will have an added advantage.
