- Managing the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and placing new employees.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation training.
- Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting career development.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, qualified licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
