About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Food & Nutrition Coach who can guide clients toward their health and fitness goals while also handling sales and client conversion responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of nutrition, excellent communication skills in Kannada, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities - Nutrition & Coaching

- Understand clients’ health, lifestyle, dietary habits, and fitness goals.
- Provide practical and personalized food and nutrition guidance.
- Educate clients about healthy eating, portion control, meal planning, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Regularly follow up with clients and monitor their progress.
- Motivate clients to stay consistent with their nutrition and lifestyle plans.
- Address client queries and provide appropriate nutrition-related support.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress updates.

Sales & Client Conversion
- Connect with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand the client’s requirements and recommend suitable nutrition programs.
- Explain program features, perks, pricing, and processes clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Follow up consistently with interested and existing prospects.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Handle objections professionally and assist clients in making informed decisions.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Health & Wellness, or a related field is preferred.
- Kannada communication is mandatory – speaking and understanding Kannada fluently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in nutrition, health, wellness, and fitness.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Comfortable making calls and communicating with clients.
- Freshers with relevant nutrition knowledge and valuable communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in nutrition coaching, telecalling, counselling, or sales will be an added advantage.
