Job Summary We are looking for a proactive FMS Operations Executive to support day-to-day facility management operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and service delivery at assigned residential or commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily site operations including housekeeping, pest control, and soft services.
- Manage vendors (AMC contractors, security, landscaping, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor staff performance, grooming, etiquette, and conduct training.
- Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance at the site.
- Track expenses, control costs, and maintain budget adherence.




- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and coordinate with clients & senior management.

Requirements

- Experience: 4–8 years in Facility Management / Soft Services Operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in housekeeping, vendor management, and site operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Preferred: Experience in residential or commercial property management.
