Supply Chain

Strategy

- Design Kefilo's end-to-end supply chain model from raw material sourcing → procurement → production → packaging → storage → distribution → customer.
- Build a scalable supply chain framework that can support expansion across multiple cities.
- Identify the right mix of centralized production, contract manufacturing, and local sourcing.
- Procurement &
- Vendor Network
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Develop a reliable multi-vendor network to reduce dependency and supply disruptions.
- Establish vendor SLAs, quality standards, pricing benchmarks, and performance metrics.
- Build systems for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
- Production &
- Inventory
- Develop inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage.
- Coordinate procurement with production and demand forecasts.
- Establish systems for batch planning, stock rotation, expiry management, and wastage tracking.
- Help standardize raw materials and specifications across production partners.
- Distribution &
- Logistics
- Design cost-effective distribution models for B2C subscriptions and B2B customers.
- Evaluate centralized vs. decentralized distribution and last-mile delivery models.




- Build logistics partnerships and SOPs for reliable and timely delivery.
- Track delivery costs, fulfillment efficiency, wastage, and service levels.
- Multi-City Expansion
- Develop a supply chain blueprint that can be replicated across cities.
- Identify local suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics partners during expansion.
- Create standardized onboarding and operational SOPs for current locations.
- Ensure consistency in quality, nutrition, cost, packaging, and service across locations.

- Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate procurement, inventory, demand forecasting, vendor management, production planning, and logistics.
- Work with the technology team to build supply chain dashboards and data-driven decision systems.
- Explore ERP, inventory management, AI forecasting, and other technologies to improve efficiency.

Who Should Apply?
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, FMCG, food manufacturing, QSR, food distribution, or related industries.
- Experience managing food/raw-material supply chains is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor management, and demand planning.
- Experience building or scaling supply chains across multiple locations is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving,



and execution skills.

Immediate Priorities —
- First 90 Days

- Audit and design Kefilo's current supply chain structure.
- Build a supplier and vendor network for key raw materials and packaging.
- Establish procurement, inventory, quality, and vendor SOPs.
- Develop demand forecasting and inventory planning systems.
- Design the B2C/B2B distribution and logistics model.
- Create a scalable multi-city supply chain blueprint.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and cost reduction.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-only founding team opportunity.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase.

Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

- 3–4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, mindset, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and contribution.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can build the entire supply chain architecture, not simply manage purchasing.

You should be able to connect procurement, production, inventory, manufacturing partners, warehousing, logistics, and distribution into one scalable system.

Bonus if you have experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, QSR, contract manufacturing, dark kitchens, multi-city operations, ERP/MES, or supply chain automation.

We are looking for a founding Supply Chain Expert who can build Kefilo's supply chain from the ground up, optimize costs and efficiency, create reliable vendor and manufacturing networks, and establish the infrastructure required to scale Kefilo's NutritionTech and food ecosystem across India.
