Delivery Executive – EATNEX

About the Role

EATNEX is looking for reliable, punctual and customer-friendly Delivery Executives to join our growing food delivery network. You will be responsible for safely picking up food orders from home bakers, cloud kitchens and food partners and delivering them to customers on time while maintaining the quality and freshness of the food.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up customer orders from EATNEX partner kitchens and home bakers on time.
- Safely carry and deliver food orders without damage, leakage or spillage.
- Follow assigned routes using Google Maps or navigation tools.
- Verify order details before pickup and delivery.
- Deliver orders promptly and provide polite, professional customer service.
- Update pickup and delivery status through the EATNEX app.
- Handle cash or digital payment collections when required.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and the EATNEX operations team regarding delivery issues or delays.
- Maintain cleanliness,



hygiene and proper handling of food during transportation.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
- Represent EATNEX professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler.
- Smartphone with internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of the local area and navigation apps.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Punctual, responsible and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
