2+ Years Experience | Riverpod & BLoC | AI-Driven Workflows

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to build highly efficient, pixel-perfect user interfaces and robust cross-platform applications. You will operate in a dynamic, multi-project environment, maintaining clean architecture while actively accelerating your daily development workflows using up-to-date AI tools like OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Efficient UI & State Management: Architect responsive, fluid user interfaces using Flutter. Manage application state flawlessly using modern ecosystem standard libraries like Riverpod 3.0, BLoC, or Provider.
- Advanced Backend Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs utilizing Dio or the standard HTTP package.
- Handle data synchronization, complex serialization (e.g., Freezed, json_serializable), and execute robust GET, PUT, and PATCH requests.
- Major Feature Implementation: Lead the integration of critical core features, specifically utilizing Google Maps for custom markers, real-time location tracking, and geo-services across multiple flagship projects simultaneously.
- AI-Augmented Engineering: Leverage generative AI assistants (Codex, GPT models) to instantly write boilerplate
- Dart code, refactor complex widget trees, generate unit tests, and resolve tricky debugging scenarios swiftly.
- Navigation & Architecture: Implement scalable,



deep-linkable routing using GoRouter and maintain clean code principles utilizing Dependency Injection (GetIt) to ensure smooth project delivery.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience: 2+ years of verifiable hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production-level applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Libraries & Tooling Mastery: Deep, practical understanding of the modern Flutter ecosystem, including Riverpod.
- BLoC for state orchestration, Dio for reliable networking, and Freezed for immutable data models.
- API & Networking: Proven expertise in asynchronous programming, error state handling, and precisely interacting with backend architectures via GET/PUT/PATCH endpoints.
- Location Services: Direct, hands-on experience with intricate Google Maps integrations, handling geolocation permissions, and optimizing map UI rendering performance.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrable experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) via prompt engineering to meaningfully enhance and accelerate Dart development workflows.
