Position Summary

Le Royal Park, Puducherry is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and table arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and hotel dining options to guests.
- Ensure tables, service areas, and restaurant outlets are clean and properly arranged.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Handle guest requests and feedback politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Prepare and reset tables before and after guest service.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other F&B; equipment.
- Follow hotel standards for food service, hygiene, and guest interaction.
- Assist with banquets, events, room service, and other F&B; operations when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Candidate Profile




- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic spoken English is preferred; knowledge of Tamil/Hindi is an advantage.
- Customer-focused and courteous personality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
