Role Description The Financial Advisor role at Quickinsure is a full time, remote position focused on helping clients understand and meet their financial and insurance needs using the Quickinsure platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial goals, explaining suitable insurance and investment options, and recommending solutions aligned with long-term financial planning and risk protection.

The Financial

Advisor will use Quickinsure’s mobile tools to manage the full policy lifecycle—from quotes and proposals to renewals, endorsements,



and claims support—while maintaining accurate records of all client interactions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on insurance and financial products, collaborating with internal advisory teams, and promoting financial inclusion through responsible, transparent advice.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills, with the ability to design goal-based plans for diverse client profiles.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge to evaluate risk, returns, and product suitability across insurance-linked and traditional investment options.
- Candidates should possess Financial Advisory skills, including needs analysis, solution recommendation, and clear communication of financial concepts to clients.
- Relevant experience in insurance distribution, banking, wealth management, or financial services is beneficial.
- Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Comfort with mobile and web-based tools, digital documentation, and remote client servicing is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM, IRDAI licenses) are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline of clients, and comply with regulatory and company ethics standards.
