Role Description This part-time Financial Advisor role is hybrid, based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home.

The Financial

Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable life insurance, protection, and long-term savings solutions. Daily activities include conducting financial and retirement planning discussions, analyzing investment options, preparing proposals, and ensuring accurate documentation and policy servicing. The role involves follow-ups with prospective and existing clients, collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners, and staying updated on company products,



regulatory guidelines, and market trends.

The Financial

Advisor is expected to maintain ethical sales practices, support customer retention, and contribute to meeting business targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to assess client needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain products, returns, and risk in a clear and transparent manner.
- Candidates should possess proven Financial Advisory skills to build long-term client relationships and provide need-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to conduct client meetings, explain complex concepts simply, and handle objections constructively.
- Candidates should possess positive analytical and numerical abilities to interpret financial data, prepare illustrations, and meet compliance standards.
- Candidates should possess strong ethics and customer-focus, with an ability to work independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.
- Relevant education in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, wealth management, or financial services is desirable but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
