Job Title: Finance Transformation and Accounts - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

Finance Transformation

- Redesign end-to-end financial workflows to reduce period closure timelines while ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Replace manual, Excel-heavy tasks with scalable, technology-driven solutions
- Lead transformation initiatives from discovery through to implementation
- Drive user adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and feedback loops

Key Responsibilities – Accounting and Audits:
- Oversee overall finance and accounting operations
- Manage period close activities including GL scrutiny, journal entries, accruals, provisioning, and reconciliations
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
- Ensure adherence to financial compliances and manage auditsKey Skills:Mandatory:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for automation
- Solid ability to work with and analyze complex datasets




- Functional understanding of AWS cloud architecture

Must Have:
- Deep knowledge of core financial processes and internal controls
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and act as a bridge between Finance and IT
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage expectations and present to diverse audiences, including leadership

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
