Location: Gurgaon (Near Hero Honda Chowk)

Industry: Manufacturing - Sheet Metal

Annual Turnover: ₹15-20 Cr

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹50,000/month

Experience: 5-8 years

Qualification: B.Com Graduate

ERP Knowledge Required

### Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day finance functions, including P&L;, balance sheets, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage ERP system for accurate financial records.
- Ensure GST, TDS/TCS, PF, ESI, and MCA forms compliance.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.
- Assist with tax filings, budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management.

### Key Skills:

- B.Com with 5-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing (sheet metal).
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, PF, ESI, and MCA filings.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
