JOB OPENING – FINANCE & COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

About the Role :

We are looking for a smart, responsible and career-oriented Finance & Commercial Executive to join our team.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for accounting and finance activities and will also be trained to handle export documentation, vendor coordination and other commercial activities.

This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in Finance, International Trade and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities : Accounts & Finance

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.

· Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.

· Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

· Assist in GST and TDS workings and related documentation.

· Maintain proper bills, vouchers and supporting records.

· Coordinate with auditors/consultants for accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.

· Assist in preparation of periodic MIS and financial reports.

· Monitor customer outstanding and vendor payments.

Export Documentation :

· Prepare and maintain export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List and other shipment-related documents.

· Coordinate internally for timely completion of shipment documentation.

· Maintain systematic records of export transactions and documents.

· Assist in banking and documentation requirements relating to export transactions.





Vendor & Commercial Coordination :

· Coordinate with suppliers/vendors regarding quotations, invoices, payments and documentation.

· Follow up with vendors and service providers as required.

· Assist in purchase and commercial documentation.

· Verify invoices, quotations and other commercial documents.

· Support management with commercial information and reports.

Qualification :

Preferred qualifications

· B.Com – Accounting & Finance

· B.Com

· M.Com

· MBA – Finance

· Other relevant Commerce/Finance qualifications

Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills :

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

· Working knowledge of Tally Prime.

· Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

· Good numerical and analytical ability.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability and willingness to learn new responsibilities.

· Ability to work independently after training.

Knowledge of export documentation is an added advantage but not mandatory. Training can be provided to suitable candidates.

Salary :

Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: Salary commensurate with experience and skills, up to approximately ₹27,000 per month.

Salary will be finalized based on qualification, practical knowledge, experience and interview performance.
