About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS compliance, invoicing, MIS reporting, and financial documentation .

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting the management in various accounting and finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain accounts and update transactions in Tally .
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices .
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Manage GST-related activities , including preparation and timely filing of GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations,



deductions, reconciliations, and timely filing of TDS returns .
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments where required.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports .
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Support management with financial data, analysis, and other accounting-related requirements.
- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the management.
