As AI search usage increases and traditional search behavior shifts, many brands are left out of the limited sources used by systems like ChatGPT. Unveilr AI identifies where a business is missing from AI answers, benchmarks performance against competitors, and creates tailored content and actions to close those gaps.

Operated as a managed service, the company focuses on driving qualified leads from both AI and traditional search. Team members contribute directly to shaping how brands are discovered in the evolving AI-first search landscape.

Role Description: Finance & Accounts Executive — Remote

Salary: ₹20,000/month

Location: Remote

Qualification: Preferably CA Intermediate qualified / pursuing CA in India

We’re looking for someone who is extremely responsible, organised and proactive with company finances.

Your core responsibility will be to ensure that every invoice goes out on time and every payment due to Unveilr AI is actively tracked until it reaches our account.

Key responsibilities

- Creating and sharing invoices with clients accurately and on time
- Maintaining a complete record of all invoices raised
- Tracking the due date of every client payment
- Starting payment follow-ups at least one week before the due date
- Proactively chasing clients for payments and ensuring there are no unnecessary delays
- Confirming and recording payments once received in Unveilr AI’s bank account
- Maintaining an updated tracker of paid, upcoming and overdue invoices




- Following up internally wherever financial information or documentation is required
- Keeping management updated on pending payments and receivables
- Maintaining organised records of invoices, receipts, payments and other finance-related documents
- Taking ownership of day-to-day finance and accounts coordination

We need someone who doesn’t wait for reminders.

If an invoice needs to go out, a payment is approaching its due date, or a client hasn’t paid - you should already be on top of it.

For this role, responsibility, follow-through and financial discipline are non-negotiable.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills, including knowledge of core principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and reconciliation, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Payroll Administration experience, including processing payroll, handling deductions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting and spreadsheet software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel or similar tools) and strong numerical accuracy are beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and experience working in a remote or distributed setting are advantageous.
- Familiarity with SaaS or digital services businesses and an interest in AI-driven marketing and search are a plus.
