- Hands on experience on manual calibration, online troubleshooting and software Updating in hardware components.

- Work experience on doing de-soldering, soldering operation of electronic components and circuit boards.

- Able to do the debug activities in UAV assembly with basic checks and circuit tracing activity.

- Maintain & follow Work Instruction sheet provided by the OEM for the sub-systems and complete system.

- Execute the service plan effectively

- Knowledge on handling electrical/mechanical test equipment

- Knowledge on protected handling practice for electronic handling, ESD safety, etc.

- Ability to perform crimping and soldering.

- Maintain the record of all the tooling/equipment’s and stock of spares at Service Centre

- Ready to travel all over India as and when required

- DGCA Certified pilot will be an added advantage

- Investigate defects and issues meticulously to identify root causes.

- Collaborate with relevant teams for compiling defect-related data, evidence, and information.

- Conduct customer visits to expedite issue resolution and implement solutions.

- Utilize data analysis tools to scrutinize patterns and trends associated with identified issues.
