About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, AMC, and technical support at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of automation and control systems.
- Handle service calls, troubleshooting, and AMC activities.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, control panels, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Provide technical support and customer training.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage assigned service visits.
- Prepare service reports and follow up until issue resolution.
- Support SOP development and service-quality improvement.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation,



or Automation Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Field Service, Installation & Commissioning, or Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panels, Sensors, and Instrumentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Preferred: Experience in installation, commissioning, AMC, automation troubleshooting, control panels, or process-control systems. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
