About US:

Spazay is a premium residential interior design company working with homeowners in Gurgaon and Noida. We design and execute complete interiors for apartments and homes, including kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, bedrooms and other areas.We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can help us find new customers and build a regular flow of interior design enquiries.

What You Will Do

This is a field sales and customer acquisition role. You will not simply receive leads and call them. You will be expected to go out and find potential customers yourself. Your main responsibilities will include:

Find New Customers

- Visit premium residential societies in Gurgaon and Noida
- Identify societies where apartments have recently been handed over or are about to be handed over
- Find homeowners who may need interior work
- Speak to people in the local property and home-services network
- Make outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to potential customers
- Follow up regularly with interested customers

Build Local Contacts

Build relationships with

- Property brokers
- Real estate agents
- Property consultants
- Property managers
- Relocation companies
- Packers & movers
- Home service providers
- Furniture and home appliance businesses
- Other people who regularly interact with homeowners

The objective is to get genuine customer introductions and enquiries through these relationships.

Meet People

You will be expected to spend time outside the office. This could include:

- Visiting residential societies
- Meeting brokers
- Meeting referral partners
- Meeting potential customers
- Attending local networking opportunities
- Following up with contacts in person where appropriate

You should be comfortable travelling around Gurgaon and Noida for work.

Qualify Enquiries

When you find a potential customer, you should understand:

- Where their property is
- What type of home they have
- Whether possession has happened
- Whether they need interiors
- What kind of work they need
- When they want to start




- Whether they are seriously considering getting the work done

You will then pass genuine opportunities to our sales/design team.

Follow UpFollow-up is a major part of this job. You will maintain a list of prospects and make sure that promising conversations don’t get forgotten.

Required Experience

Previous experience in field sales is mandatory. This is not an entry-level sales role. You must have hands-on experience generating customers through field sales, direct outreach and personal networking.

Candidates with experience in the following only will be considered:

- Real estate / property field sales – strongly preferred
- Residential property sales
- Property brokerage / property consulting
- Interior or home-improvement sales involving field visits and customer acquisition
- Other high-value B2C field sales where you personally generated and converted customers

You must be able to clearly explain where you found customers, how you approached them, how you followed up, and what you personally converted. Candidates with only inside sales, telecalling, company-provided leads, customer support, digital marketing or back-office experience will not be considered.

Skills We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with sales and meeting new people. You should:

- Be confident speaking to strangers
- Be comfortable making cold calls
- Be comfortable visiting societies and meeting people
- Be willing to travel around Gurgaon and Noida
- Be positive at building relationships
- Be persistent with follow-ups
- Be able to explain a service clearly
- Be comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Have a strong interest in sales and achieving targets





Most importantly: You should be someone who goes out and looks for business rather than waiting for business to come to you.

Past Experience We Prefer

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Real estate sales
- Property brokerage
- Residential property sales
- Interior Design Lead Generation
- Furniture / home improvement sales
- Home services
- High-value B2C sales
- Field sales
- Business development involving direct customer acquisition

Experience in Gurgaon or Noida real estate/property sales will be a strong advantage.

This Is NOT a Desk Job
