Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably handling industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers and dealers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and understand their product requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer data.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant field sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B / industrial product sales is preferred.
- Candidates handling products such as industrial equipment, electrical products, automation, engineering products, tools, machinery, building materials, or similar industrial products will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Robust target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
