Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales and develop customer relationships for PeCox’s range of electrical control panel accessories, including panel hardware, cable termination, cable management & marking products, and polyamide low-voltage busbar supports. The role involves visiting customers, generating new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities





- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits.
- Promote and sell PeCox electrical products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and share updates with management.

Eligibility/Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of Google sheets and sales reporting.
- Own bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
