We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical Business Development Manager to identify, validate, and develop new growth opportunities in Kerala through e-commerce and quick commerce. The ideal candidate will research market opportunities, identify high-potential product categories (up to ₹5,000), build strategic partnerships, and create a scalable omnichannel business model. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify opportunities in: Pillows Bedsheets Mattress Protectors Cushions Home Furnishings Storage & Lifestyle Products Other complementary categories Evaluate demand across: Amazon Flipkart Blinkit Zepto Swiggy Instamart BigBasket Other emerging platforms Identify products suitable for quick commerce and e-commerce.

Build relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. Develop private label opportunities where feasible. Create pricing, margin, and profitability models. Recommend new products based on customer demand and market trends.

Design and execute pilot launches. Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to leverage the existing distribution network. Prepare business cases and growth plans for recent categories.
