About Huts4uHuts4u is a growing travel-tech platform offering flexible hotel bookings, including hourly and full-day stays. We are expanding our hotel partner network across Odisha and are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential hotel partners through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Present Huts4u's platform, services, and partnership benefits to hotel owners and managers.
- Onboard recent hotel partners and ensure their property listings are successfully completed.
- Regularly travel across Bhubaneswar and Puri for hotel visits, meetings, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners.
- Achieve monthly hotel onboarding and sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth partner onboarding and operations.

Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage field-sales activities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sales, hospitality, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and frequent travel between Bhubaneswar and Puri.
- Candidates with access to a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
- Candidates should have access to a laptop for reporting, onboarding, and operational activities.
