About the Role

Adsy is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Field Executive who can generate new business opportunities, meet potential clients, build relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and local business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and explain Adsy’s services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head, Account Manager, and internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face client interaction.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
