Job Type: Full-Time Location: PAN India ## QT Consultancy is looking for energetic and motivated Field Recruiters to join our growing team. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and connecting with potential candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, colleges, and other offline recruitment channels. ## Key Responsibilities Source and attract candidates through field activities.

Visit colleges, institutes, communities, and recruitment drives to identify potential candidates.

Screen candidates and explain available job opportunities.

Maintain a database of candidates and follow up regularly.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.

Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Build relationships with local organizations and placement cells.



## Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
