About the Role

KMA Global Properties Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and target-driven Field Executive to manage on-ground field activities, generate quality leads, conduct property site visits, and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular field work and travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Generate leads through field visits and networking
- Understand customer requirements and handle inquiries effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain property projects and offerings to prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Coordinate closely with the sales team
- Achieve monthly field and business targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Property Sales
- Candidates with a background in Home Loan, Banking, or Insurance field sales are also welcome to apply




- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Own two-wheeler mandatory
- Valid driving license mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
