Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, supporting customers in selecting footwear and accessories that align with their personal style, comfort needs, and current fashion trends. In this role, the consultant engages directly with customers on the sales floor, provides styling advice, recommends products for specific occasions, and ensures an exceptional in-store experience.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, staying updated on new collections and fashion trends,



and assisting with inventory organization and store presentation.

The Fashion

Consultant also handles customer queries, supports fitting and sizing guidance, processes sales transactions, and collaborates with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold Rosso Brunello’s brand image.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized styling advice.
- Sound knowledge of fashion trends, footwear styles, and basic understanding of materials and comfort features.
- Sales and retail skills, including POS handling, upselling and cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
- Visual merchandising and presentation skills, with attention to detail in product display and store aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and inclusive approach to all customers.
- Ability to work in office in the Mohali district, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, footwear, or luxury/bridge-to-luxury brands is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using retail systems; formal education in fashion, retail management, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
