About the Role

Rays Education is looking for a passionate and academically strong Foundation Mathematics Faculty to teach and mentor students in the Foundation program. The faculty will be responsible for building strong mathematical fundamentals, developing problem-solving skills, and preparing students for higher-level competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and concept-focused Mathematics classes for Foundation students.

- Build strong fundamentals in Mathematics through clear explanations and practical problem-solving.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, study materials, and practice questions.

- Train students in analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and advanced problem-solving techniques.

- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.

- Analyse student performance and provide individual academic support.

- Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate improvement strategies.

- Maintain student attendance and academic performance records.

- Work closely with the academic team to improve learning outcomes.

- Participate in academic meetings, workshops, parent interactions, and other academic activities.

- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, teaching methodologies, and competitive-exam requirements.





Eligibility & Qualification

- Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.

- Candidates from IITs, NITs, Central Universities, or other reputed institutions will be preferred.

- Strong academic background in Mathematics.

- Prior experience in teaching Foundation / School-level Mathematics is preferred.

- Experience in JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching institutes will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience teaching Classes 6–10 / Foundation-level Mathematics.

- Experience in JEE Foundation or competitive-exam-oriented Mathematics.

- Candidates with experience in reputed coaching institutes or educational organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
