We are hiring a Factory Manager for Detergent Cake & Powder Manufacturing Plant.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (Native or permanent resident of Lucknow will prefer)

Work experience, qualification and skills:-

- Minimum 2 years of plant management experience in Detergent Cake/Powder manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of detergent processing techniques, quality assurance protocols, and machinery troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, cost-management abilities and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Chemistry or Business Administration.

Job role and responsibilities:-
- Production Oversight:- Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for detergent powder (spray drying/mixing) and detergent cakes (saponification, extrusion, stamping and cutting).
- Quality & Formula Control:- Ensure strict compliance with chemical formulations, lathering standards, moisture content and packaging integrity.




- Plant Maintenance:- Oversee routine servicing of heavy machinery like mixers, crutchers, conveyors, stamping machines and packing units to minimize downtime.
- Safety & Compliance:- Enforce workplace safety rules, especially regarding chemical handling, dust collection systems and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Supply & Inventory:- Coordinate with procurement for raw materials (surfactants, builders, fillers, perfumes) and manage finished goods stock.
- Team Leadership:- Hire, train and supervise shift supervisors, machine operators, and plant laborers.

Salary:- Rs.30,000 - 45,000/- per month (negotiable) Interview Schedule:-
