Role Description This is a full time, on-site Export Sales role based in Ahmedabad.

The Export

Sales professional will manage international sales activities, including identifying new markets, developing export strategies, and building long-term relationships with overseas clients and distributors. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing quotations and commercial proposals, coordinating logistics and documentation for export orders, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.



The role involves close collaboration with internal engineering, production, and finance teams to align client requirements with technical solutions and pricing.

The Export

Sales professional will also track sales performance, participate in trade fairs or customer visits as needed, and support after-sales service coordination for global customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze international markets, competitors, and demand trends.
- Candidates should possess Export and International Sales skills for handling export procedures, documentation, and global customer management.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills for lead generation, opportunity conversion, and achieving revenue targets.
- Knowledge of marine and industrial electrical products or engineering solutions is highly beneficial.
- Experience with export documentation, Incoterms, pricing, and international trade regulations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and travel internationally when required.
