The Role As Export Sales Executive, you'll own and grow international sales for our paperboard foodservice packaging across multiple markets. You'll manage key accounts, distributors, and foodservice brands from first inquiry through to shipment — combining commercial hunting with the discipline of clean export execution. It's a role for someone who enjoys building relationships across cultures and takes pride in getting the details of global trade exactly right.

What You'll Do

- Identify, qualify, and develop new export opportunities across target markets and account types.
- Handle inbound inquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and negotiate contracts in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the full order cycle from inquiry to shipment — ensuring accurate export documentation,



coordinating with logistics, and monitoring shipment status.
- Build and grow long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and foodservice brands.
- Analyze market trends and maintain up-to-date sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with operations to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
- Represent Cambay at trade shows and customer visits, and travel internationally as required.

- Order cycles run smoothly and on time, with clean, compliant export documentation.

What You'll Bring
- Strong communication skills for engaging international clients, internal stakeholders, and partners.
- Export and international business knowledge — documentation, compliance, and global trade processes.
- Proven international sales / B2B sales ability: developing markets, managing accounts, and hitting revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in B2B packaging, foodservice, or manufacturing exports (beneficial).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong analytical and reporting capability.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site in Surat.
- Comfort working with cross-cultural teams and willingness to travel internationally when required.
