- Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Support in resolving production bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure all PPC-related documentation is accurate and updated regularly.
- Prepare production schedules considering machine capacity, manpower availability, and delivery timelines.
- Review and adjust production plans as per order changes or resource issues.
- Analyze deviations from the plan and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain PPC reports, including production efficiency, OEE, downtime, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to streamline production.
