Job Summary:

He will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings, layouts, and construction documents for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of building standards, materials, and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and revise architectural, civil, and structural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software.

- Convert conceptual designs, sketches, and rough layouts into detailed working drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

- Maintain updated drawing records, revisions, and documentation for all ongoing and completed projects.

- Ensure that all drawings conform to company standards, building codes, and local regulations.

- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs,



layouts, and presentation drawings when required.

- Collaborate with site teams for drawing clarifications and technical support during execution.

- Manage drawing files, including digital and hard copy archives, in an organized manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or ITI in Civil / Architectural Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar software will be an added advantage.

- Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes.

- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
