Role Description The Executive Assistant to Managing Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana (Pakhowal road). This position provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Partner, including calendar and email management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations and reports. The role involves managing expense reports, tracking reimbursements, and maintaining accurate records for internal and client-related matters.
The Executive
Assistant will handle confidential correspondence,
organize and prioritize tasks, support follow-ups on key action items, and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. The role may also include organizing meetings and events, maintaining office documentation, and proactively identifying ways to streamline the Managing Partner’s day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage complex schedules, priorities, and confidential matters.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports skills to handle documentation, financial tracking, and routine office coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder management.
- Candidates should ideally have proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace), and solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience supporting senior leaders or partners in a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage.
