Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Sponsorship Manager at White Fox India located in New Delhi. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for sponsorship sales, communication, sales strategies, sponsorship activation, and event management.

Key Skills Required

- Expertise in negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships with brands, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate sponsors and partners.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sponsorships and campaigns from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, strategies,



and sponsorship opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Experience in creating and executing live events, activations, and campaigns that align with sponsor objectives.
- Ability to track and analyze sponsorship performance, ensuring measurable ROI and optimizing future opportunities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting sponsorship proposals and reports to key stakeholders.
- Solid experience managing sponsorship budgets, ensuring projects remain within financial scope while maximizing value.
- A proactive mindset for developing creative sponsorship concepts and solutions that meet the needs of both sponsors and the organization.
- Strong network within the sponsorship and marketing industry, with a pulse on the latest trends and potential partners

Qualifications

- Experience of 4-5 years
- Communication skills
- Sponsorship Activation and Event Management skills
- Experience in sponsorships and event management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management or related field
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus
