Job Overview

We are seeking skilled ETL Developers with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and ETL development to join our growing data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting ETL processes, working with large datasets, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong technical capabilities, effective client communication skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and queries.
- Build and support ETL processes using DataStage.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL jobs and data processing.
- Work with scheduling and batch processing tools such as Autosys.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, and best practices.
- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of ETL processes.
- Drive client communication and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in ETL Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with IBM DataStage.
- Exposure to Autosys scheduling tool.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and batch processing.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC methodologies and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise-scale data integration projects.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Exposure to data migration and data quality initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage client interactions effectively.
