Development Corporation (KSIDC) as nodal agency for setting up a Common Hazardous
Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (CHWTSDF) for management of hazardous waste in the State of Kerala.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Officer – Environment to join our Environment
Department. The candidate should be capable of working independently and handling all environment-related activities and documentation in compliance with statutory norms and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Independently handle day-to-day environmental management activities at site.
Maintain all environmental documentation as per regulatory and company requirements.
Liaise with State Pollution Control Boards and other statutory authorities for necessary approvals, renewals, and compliance reporting.
Ensure compliance with consent conditions, environmental standards, and audit requirements.
Monitor and report parameters related to air, water, and waste management.
Prepare and submit Environmental Statements, Annual Returns, and Compliance Reports.
Assist in environmental audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Monitoring daily operations at plant.
Identifying compliances and non-compliances at plant
Support implementation of sustainable and environment-friendly practices at plant level.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to environmental norms and policies.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
Experience in documentation and reporting to Pollution Control Boards.
Experience of plant operations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
