? About the Role

We're looking for passionate Online English Mentors who can make language learning exciting — from grammar and vocabulary to reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills. If you enjoy working with children and have a knack for making concepts straightforward and engaging, we'd love to have you on our team! ?✨

? Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging online English classes to K-12 students.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, reading, writing, and comprehension.
- Help students improve their spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills.
- Conduct interactive activities to make language learning fun and engaging.
- Simplify grammar concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand way.
- Encourage students to participate actively and communicate confidently.
- Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and interactive virtual classroom environment.
- Ensure strong student engagement and meaningful learning outcomes.

✅ Eligibility





✔ Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Journalism, Literature, Communication, or a related field.

✔ Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.

✔ Excellent spoken and written English skills.

✔ Strong understanding of reading comprehension, sentence structure, tenses, parts of speech, punctuation, and vocabulary building.

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔ Passion for teaching and working with K-12 students.

✔ Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.

✔ Comfortable working in the US Shift (2:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST).
