1. Detailed Project Planning
1. Monitoring site activities as per Plan
2. Bill Preparation: Create RA bills, interim bills, and final client invoices based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
3. Site Measurement Verification: Check physical work done on-site with site engineers and use measurement books.
4. Rate Analysis: Analyze rates for extra or non-BOQ items using standard schedules or market rates.
5. Material Reconciliation: Track actual material consumption (like cement and steel) against theoretical requirements.
6. Documentation: Maintain clear billing registers, measurement sheets, and audit records
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
