Student Counselor – Zirakpur Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Position: Student Counselor Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Incentives Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Student Counselor to join our Zirakpur outlet. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to understand students' requirements and guide them toward the right stock market and skill-based courses . Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and prospective learners about our courses, programs, and career opportunities.

Understand the student's requirements, goals, and interests and recommend the most suitable course. Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and leads professionally. Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Explain course structure, fees, batches, perks, and other relevant information clearly. Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.



Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience. Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targets .

Participate in promotional activities and student engagement activities at the outlet. What We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and presentable personality. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Positive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset . Ability to handle students and parents professionally. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior experience in counselling, sales, education, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
