Earnix Developer - 3 to 6 Years - Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Pune

We are seeking a seasoned Earnix Builder level with robust hands-on expertise in designing, configuring and deploying solutions using the Earnix platform within insurance carriers. This role focuses on building and optimizing Earnix models, rating logic and decision workflows and ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Guidewire PolicyCenter. The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who can translate complex insurance pricing and underwriting needs into scalable solutions within Earnix.

Location - Bengaluru/Gurgaon/Pune.

Responsibilities -

1. Design and build Earnix models for pricing, underwriting, rating and decision support.
2. Configure Earnix components including rate plans, rules, data workflows, versioning, deployment pipelines and external system integrations.
3. Collaborate with actuarial and data science teams to embed predictive models and decision logic within Earnix.
4. Lead or support solution workshops and help define optimal solution architecture.
5. Translate insurance product requirements into scalable Earnix configurations.
6. Support integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and post-deployment enhancements.
7. Collaborate with underwriting, pricing, IT and senior stakeholders to ensure business alignment and value realization.

Requirements -

1. 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Earnix, with strong hands-on experience building and configuring Earnix solutions within insurance carriers.
2. Proven experience delivering two or more end-to-end Earnix builds within insurance carriers.
3. Strong knowledge of Earnix pricing structures, rule engines, data workflows, deployment tools and analytics.
4. Experience in insurance pricing strategy, underwriting guidelines,



product rules and rating mechanisms, preferably within Property & Casualty insurance.
5. Experience integrating Earnix with policy administration systems such as Guidewire PolicyCenter.
6. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with actuarial, IT, product and business teams.
7. Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
