As we expand our e-commerce business, we are looking for a polished and commercially driven E-Commerce Sales Consultant to elevate our digital sales performance and deliver a truly exceptional luxury client experience.

What you'll do

- Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach
- Drive sales via WhatsApp, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups
- Own the client journey order confirmation to final delivery
- Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision
- Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards
- Build strong expertise in leading luxury eyewear & fashion brands

What we're looking for





- Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales
- A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling
- Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven
- Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands is a robust plus
