Position Summary

RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Executive – Accounts & Finance to support the finance operations of BluBird Industries Inc. (BBI), our US entity. The role is India-based and requires close remote coordination with the BBI finance ecosystem, covering factoring support, brand-level accounting for Zephyr, E-Commerce accounting for BluBird's online marketplaces, MIS reporting, and end-to-end invoicing on QuickBooks.

This role suits an experienced, detail-oriented finance professional with a solid grounding in export and US-entity accounting within a growing international manufacturing group.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end factoring operations for BBI – including submission of invoices/documentation to the factoring partner, tracking advances received, reconciling factoring statements, and following up on discrepancies.
- Manage day-to-day accounting for the Zephyr brand,(Indian accounting) including recording of transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accuracy of brand-level financial records.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for BBI – covering sales, receivables, payables, and other management-requested financial summaries – ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Generate invoices for orders received and processed for BBI, ensuring accuracy against orders/shipping documents, and upload invoices to QuickBooks in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all factoring, invoicing, and MIS-related activities.
- Coordinate with the RMX Finance team and BBI stakeholders to resolve queries related to invoicing, collections, and reporting.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities for BBI as required by the VP – Finance.
- Flag discrepancies,



delays, or process gaps proactively and assist in strengthening controls around BBI accounting workflows.
- Handle end-to-end E-Commerce accounting for BluBird's online sales channels (Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces) – including order-to-cash reconciliation, settlement/payout matching against bank credits, tracking marketplace fees, commissions, refunds, and chargebacks, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition in the books.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 4–5 years of minimum experience in accounting, finance operations, or MIS, with prior exposure to export accounting, factoring, or US-entity bookkeeping preferred.
- Basic understanding of invoicing, receivables, and reconciliation processes.
- Prior hands-on exposure to E-Commerce accounting (marketplace settlements, payout reconciliation, fee/commission tracking on platforms such as Amazon or Shopify) is a major requirement for this role.

Skills & Competencies

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of SAP B1 (Business One) for order processing and financial data management.
- Working familiarity with E-Commerce marketplace back-ends (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify) for order, payout, and settlement reports.
- Hands-on, working-level proficiency with AI tools for day-to-day finance and reporting tasks – not a beginner user.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare a Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement and interpret basic financial statements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination across India and US time zones.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven tasks.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close reporting discipline with the VP – Finance.
